Since leaving the Marines in 2010, I have smashed, stretched, scraped, and wrapped myself in every way imaginable.

I’ve named these Self-Improvement techniques Personal Preventative Maintenance and have recently written a book about the journey.

My goal is to load this website with every Personal Preventative Maintenance technique I have practiced over the past 15 years.
